These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph358 ("ph358," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at ph358.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the ph358 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of ph358 and close your account.

ph358 is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted on ph358 are subject to PAGCOR's regulatory framework, applicable Philippine law, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account on ph358, uniquely identified by a username and linked to one natural person.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's ph358 wallet, comprising real-money deposits minus wagers placed plus winnings credited, and may include bonus wallet balances held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback credits, or reload amounts credited to a player's bonus wallet by ph358, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Game" means any online casino game, slot title, live dealer game, sports bet, sabong bet, bingo session, fishing game, poker hand, or other interactive gaming product available on the ph358 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity and address verification using Philippine government-issued documents as required by PAGCOR and AMLA.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the ph358 website, mobile browser interface, software, games, wallets, promotional systems, and all associated services accessible at ph358.org.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.

Access to and use of ph358 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are registering and acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• Your access to ph358 does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

To access gaming services on ph358, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ph358. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. ph358 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. ph358 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

ph358 is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal transactions and at any point where regulatory requirements mandate verification.

Accepted Philippine government-issued identity documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License, Social Security System (SSS) UMID Card, Philippine National ID (PhilSys), PhilHealth ID, and Pag-IBIG Card.

ph358 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of address, source of funds documentation, enhanced due diligence documents, or documentary evidence supporting any transaction. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.

Deposits to your ph358 wallet may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, and 7-Eleven OTC services, subject to availability and the minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each method.

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount on ph358 is ₱50. There is no processing fee charged by ph358 on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Deposits are credited to your ph358 wallet upon confirmed receipt and settlement from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant; bank transfer deposits may take 15–60 minutes.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on ph358 and cannot be transferred to other users' accounts.
• ph358 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity, chargeback requests, or AMLA compliance requirements.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from sources they are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity is prohibited.

Withdrawal of cash balance from your ph358 wallet is available to players who have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) not exceeded the daily or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to their account tier.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. In cases where this is not possible, ph358 may request verification of an alternative payment method.

• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes from approval.
• Bank account withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours from approval.
• ph358 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts as required by AMLA regulations.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has pending KYC requirements, active bonus wagering requirements, or if the account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — only real cash balance resulting from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

ph358 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all ph358 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the cash wallet and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet on eligible games. Bets placed on excluded game categories (typically certain table games, live casino games, or sports bets at short odds) do not count toward wagering requirements unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• ph358 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms at the time of activation.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploitation of promotion terms — will result in immediate bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account termination.

All games on ph358 are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

ph358 utilizes certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for software-based games and regulated live streaming from licensed studios for live dealer games. The results of all games are final upon settlement unless a demonstrable technical or human error is identified and documented by ph358's technical operations team.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled after the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or slot session, ph358's system will complete the game round according to the last confirmed game state. Where no resolvable game state exists, the wager will be refunded.
• ph358 reserves the right to void any bet or reverse any winnings where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error demonstrably affected the outcome.
• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted in writing to ph358 customer support within 30 days of the disputed transaction. ph358 will respond to disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph358 and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Registering, operating, or using more than one ph358 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, robot, bot, or algorithm to interact with ph358 games, place bets, or circumvent security controls;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or placement of criminally derived funds through ph358;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker or other peer-to-peer game formats;
• Using a payment method belonging to or controlled by a third party without proper authorization;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party;
• Accessing ph358 while subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion or account closure;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or any order of a competent Philippine court or regulatory authority.

ph358 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a fundamental obligation under its PAGCOR license. ph358 recognizes that while the majority of players gamble responsibly for entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behaviors that require intervention and support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph358 players and can be configured through the account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your ph358 wallet. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; limit decreases are immediate.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications when you have been continuously logged in and playing for a set duration. Optional forced logout upon limit expiry.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, further gameplay is suspended for the remainder of the period.

ph358 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or AMLA non-compliance;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider;
• Instruction from PAGCOR, AMLC, a court order, or other competent regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms), ph358 reserves the right to confiscate the account balance. Upon termination without cause or at the player's request, any remaining cash balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting ph358 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not negate any outstanding wagering requirement obligations or amounts owed to ph358.

All content on ph358, including but not limited to the platform design, user interface, graphics, logos, game content, text, software, data, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ph358, its licensors, or its game providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph358 solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any ph358 content.

Any unauthorized use of ph358 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and civil or criminal legal action under applicable law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PH358 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF PH358, INCLUDING LOSS OF WAGERED FUNDS, LOSS OF WINNINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

ph358 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph358 makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any game content or information.

ph358's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the cause of action.

These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved by ph358's internal dispute resolution process, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, the dispute resolution jurisdiction of PAGCOR.

Players who wish to escalate a dispute beyond ph358's internal customer support process may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official regulatory complaint channels.

ph358 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to players via notice on the ph358 website and/or via email or in-platform notification to registered accounts.

Updated Terms take effect upon publication on ph358.org. Your continued use of ph358 following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using ph358 and close your account before the effective date of the change.

Material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where practicable. ph358 recommends that players review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
